Mona Kay Rifi
Mona Kay designs content grounded in adult learning principles, and always with the learner in mind. The samples below were designed throughout her 15 years of learning and development experience. They provide a sense of her strategy, approach, and creative end products.
Content includes samples of corporate and freelance projects.
Instructor-led Learning Content
All instructor-led learning content was designed using ADDIE or a modified version of ADDIE.
Modules were measured for success to a minimum of Bloom’s Taxonomy level 3 (application); the first sample below was measured up to level 4 (analysis).
On-Demand Modules
On-Demand modules were designed with the learner in mind. The goals were clarity, sound design and content flow, and to prepare learners for the next step of the learning journey.
Miscellaneous
While Mona Kay Rifi worked with a vendor on the storyboard sample below, she designed the learning journey - a new-to-industry pharmaceutical sales representative shadowing an experienced pharmaceutical sales representative and learning the application of compliance principles.
She also wrote most of the storyboard, as the vendor’s writer was not a compliance subject-matter expert.
